Chiara Celotto

Biography
Chiara Celotto is a predoctoral researcher in Biomedical Engineering. She received her Master Degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in fluid dynamics, from the the University of Trieste, Italy. She is currently part of the at Aragón Institute of Engineering Research (I3A) of University of Zaragoza. Her research activities are focused on numerical simulation of cardiac electrophysiology with the aim to investigate the role of the autonomic nervous system in the initiation and maintenance of atrial fibrillation. She is working under the supervision of Dr. Esther Pueyo Paules and Dr. Pablo Laguna Lasaosa, in the framework of the european MY-ATRIA ITN project.
