Biography

David Adolfo Sampedro Puente was born in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, in 1985. He received the degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Granada in 2012, and the M.Sc. in Environmental Hydraulics (Specialization in Vehicle Aero-Hydrodinamics) from the University of Málaga in 2013. In 2020, he received the Ph.D degree in Biomedical Engineering, supervised by Dr. Esther Pueyo, Dr. Pablo Laguna and Dr. Jesús Fernandez-Bes, at Aragón Institute of Engineering Research (I3A) of University of Zaragoza. His research activities are focused on numerical simulation of cardiac electrophysiology and the relation with the arrhythmias generation.
