ABOUT ME
Elisa Garrido Huéscar was born in Madrid, Spain, in 1995. She received the degree in Pharmacy in 2018 at the Complutense University of Madrid. She joined the Biomedical Signal Interpretation and Computational Simulation (BSICoS) group in 2019, where she is currently working on her Ph.D. Her research focuses on creating a cellular model of aging cardiomyocytes from human pluripotent stem cells derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CM), as well as a computational model so drugs can be tested for age-dependent cardiotoxicity.
