ABOUT ME
Andrea Rucco was born in 1998 in Nardò, Italy. He graduated from the Politecnico di Milano (Milan, Italy) with a bachelor’s degree (2020) and a master’s degree (2023) in Biomedical Engineering. He worked at Boston Scientific S.p.A. as a Field Clinical Specialist in the field of electrophysiology, where he assisted the medical staff during cardiac ablation procedures. He joined the BSICoS group in 2024 working on his PhD within the European Maria Skłodowska Curie project “INSIDE-HEART”, which has the main scope of establishing a multi-disciplinary network to tackle the design of digital biomarkers for the diagnosis of atrial arrhythmias and their potential for adverse risk assessment.
