Biography

Jaime (Spain, 1984) received a PhD degree in Systems Engineering and Informatics from University of Zaragoza (Spain) in 2014. He has held postdoctoral positions at Cajal Institute of the Spanish National Research Council (2014-2016), University College London (UK, 2016-2019, as a Marie-Sklodowska Curie fellow), and Imperial College London (UK, 2019-2021, as senior postdoctoral fellow). His research focuses on biomedical signal processing, movement neurosciences and neurorehabilitation technologies. Within these areas, he has (co)-authored >30 manuscripts in peer-reviewed Journals and >80 conference abstracts and scientific documents. Throughout his scientific career, he has taken part in numerous international projects in collaboration with pioneering scientists worldwide and aimed to develop new neurotechnologies to interact with and explore the human’s motor nervous system.
