  1. Automatic ECG wave delineation and characterization
  2. Detection and monitoring of ventricular ischemia
  3. Identification of ventricular repolarization alternans, as a marker of arrhythmic risk
  4. Study of the relationship between heart rate and the ventricular repolarization morphology and duration (T wave, QT interval) in stationary and non-stationary scenarios, as a marker of arrhythmic risk
